Frequently asked questions

1) What time can we check into the cabin?

Our check-in begins at 3pm and we try to have the cabin ready at this time. In rare occasions, circumstances beyond our control may delay the check-in time slightly. But rest assured, you will be able to check into the cabin as soon as the cabin is clean and inspected.

2) When do we need to check-out of the cabin?

Check-out time is 11:00 am. We have a very high standard of cleanliness. In order to provide you with a cabin that meets our standards, we must have ample time to thoroughly clean our cabin between each guest; therefore we must enforce our check-out time.

3) What is provided in the cabin?

Our cabin is fully furnished with luxury amenities. All linens, towels, pots, pans, dishes and silverware are all provided for your convenience. We also provide an initial supply of paper products that includes toilet paper, paper towels and dish washing liquid. These are intended as "starter" items and will not be adequate for lengthy stays.

4) What do we need to bring?

You may want to bring towels for the hot tub, charcoal, firewood, camping chairs if you prefer for the camp fire and any specialty items you cannot do without during your stay.

5) What happens if I need to cancel or change my reservation?

If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days prior to the arrival date, you will receive a refund minus a $50.00 cancellation fee, 6-29 days half the full rental amount, 5 days or less no refund. 

6) Do you permit pets?

We do not permit pets on the property or to enter the cabin. No pets, No exceptions.

7) What is the require length of our stay?

We offer a 2 night minimum on the weekends. If requesting either a Thursday/Friday or Saturday/Sunday both nights will be charged at the weekend rate. We offer a 3 night minimum for Holiday weekends, again if Thursday/Friday or Saturday/Sunday are in the combination you will be charged the weekend rate for all 3 nights.

8) How are the rates based?

We are based on a two person occupancy. Additional guests are an additional $10 per person, per night.

9) Are there any other fees?

A 6% county lodging tax will be added to your final total.

10) Do you offer special discounts?

Not often, however for visits longer than our minimum, please call and ask!

11) How old do you need to be to reserve the cabin?

You must be 21 or older and may be required to send a copy of your current ID if asked.

12) Do you permit smoking inside the cabin?

Absolutely not, however we do have a designated smoking area outside, please be sure to use, if you are smoking.

13) What type of payments, do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Discover or PayPal - No checks!

14) What about possible damages?

Our cabin is inspected within 24 hours (or sooner) after your departure, pending the arrival of the next guest. Damages found in the cabin after your departure will be charged to the credit card on file. It is always best to check the cabin upon arrival.

15) What if something is wrong upon our arrival?

Please call us asap to resolve any issues, we want you to enjoy your visit to our cabin.
